Room rate: $79 per room plus tax to include up to 4 people in a room. This rate is available to NALIP and IMN registrants from June 2-8, 2010. Participants might want to spend time touring/vacationing in the St. Louis area before or after the conferences and take advantage of this generous offer from the hotel.

All reservations must be made by May 10, 2010 to guarantee group rate. If calling, be sure to ask for the Interim Ministry Network (not NALIP) room block.

Airport Transportation
The Hotel will be offering complimentary shuttle service from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport to the Sheraton Chalet Hotel. For pick up at the airport, call from the baggage claim area. Shuttles depart every half hour, beginning at 6:00AM

Continuing Education Credit (CEU)

All participants who pay the full registration fee of $10 may apply for 1 CEU (10 contact hours) of continuing education from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Application forms will be at the conference. Please include the $10 processing fee with your registration fees.

Association Dues

Annual association dues for both LCMS Interim Ministry Conference (LCMS IMC) and the Interim Ministry Association of the ELCA (IMA ELCA) are $60. The annual dues may be included with the registration form. They will be directed to the respective association treasurer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before April 14 will be charged a $25 handling fee. After April 14, cancellation fee is $75
