The National Association of Lutheran Interim Pastors (NALIP) Annual Conference will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday June 18 and conclude by noon on Thursday June 20, 2019.
NALIP is made up of two associations: The Interim Ministry Association of the ELCA (IMA- ELCA) and the Interim Ministry Conference of the LCMS (IMC-LCMS). The Annual Conference brings together Lutherans who work with congregations in transition – pastors, laity, judicatory representatives and other interested persons. Current members of a member association (IMA or IMC) may register for the NALIP conference at a discounted rate. Association membership dues may be paid with your conference registration fee to qualify for the discount if you have not already submitted the 2019 membership fee directly to your denomination's organization.
Conference Registration Fees
Registration fees include all break refreshments, Wednesday lunch and conference materials. Hotel rates include dinner and breakfast for each night registered at the Maritime Center.
Current members of the Interim Ministry Conference (LCMS) and the Interim Ministry Association (ELCA) can register at the discounted member rate shown below. If you are registering for your first NALIP conference you can register for the Special First Time Attendee Rate of $200.

Continuing Education Credit (CEU)
All registered participants who pay the additional fee of $10 may apply for continuing education credit available from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Application forms will be at the conference. Please include the $10 processing fee with your registration fees.
Association Dues
Annual association dues for both the LCMS Interim Ministry Conference (LCMS- IMC) and the Interim Ministry Association of the ELCA (IMA- ELCA) may be included with the conference registration form and fees. NALIP will forward the dues to the respective association treasurers after the conference. If you are current in your association membership you may register at the reduced member rate. If you are unsure of your member status please contact your respective association.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before May 1 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. After May 1 the cancellation fee is $100. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 31 or for early departure from the conference. NALIP incurs costs for the conference based on guaranteed enrollment numbers provided to the hotel more than 30 days prior to the conference. These fees will reduce the loss incurred by NALIP for the cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel rates include dinner and breakfast meals for each night's reservation. Hotel also will assess 13% taxes.
Hotel provides complimentary Airport Shuttle Service, Wi-Fi and parking.
Single rate (plus 13% taxes) is $147 per person per night. Rate will include 2 meals.
Double Rate is (plus 13% taxes) is $192 per double per night. Rate will include 4 meals.
PLEASE NOTE: For those registering and staying at the Maritime Institute your hotel rate and conference fee includes 5 meals (Dinner Tuesday through breakfast on Thursday.) Comments on the food for previous conferences at this location indicate the quality, variety and abundance are more than adequate. If you plan to commute each day there are individual meal tickets available at the hotel registration desk for $20 per meal. Conference registration fee will include Wednesday lunch. Break snacks available throughout the day also are more than adequate.
